Richemont HRIS Workday Product Specialist

1. Provide ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure systems support, including incident and change management.
3. Manage system releases and coordinate validation activities, including development and execution of testing.
4. Assist users in appropriating solutions as required.
5. Support the continuous design of the HCM Talent roadmap.
6. Provide technical expertise on Workday.
7. Comply with group guidelines on documentation, change management, and audit processes.
8. Conduct high-level investigations on functional and technical requirements and feasibility studies.
9. Organize and lead working groups to specify business requirements.
10. Coordinate the configuration of functionalities with vendors based on user requirements.
11. Document processes in a consistent and simple manner.
12. Contribute to the development of business test scenarios and perform tests to ensure adequate functional coverage.
13. Support and train users as needed.

1. Experience working in HRIS teams, particularly with Workday implementation and support.
2. Expertise in RAAS reports, EIB, XML, and XSLT.
3. Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience in HRIS implementations, customizing, or maintenance.
4. Proficiency in Workday Extend, responsible for creating and maintaining apps that integrate with Workday.

2. Proficiency in English, with French as a plus.
3. Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
4. Organizational skills and solution-oriented mindset.
5. Open-mindedness and curiosity, with a flexible and creative approach.

Experience in HRIS teams with a focus on Workday, including implementation and support, particularly in Workday Studio, Orchestrations, and Extend.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
