Richemont HRIS Workday Product Specialist

1. Provide ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure systems support including incident management and change management.
3. Manage system releases and coordinate validation activities with the development and execution of testing.
4. Assist users in appropriating solutions as required.
5. Support the continuous design of the HCM Core roadmap.
6. Provide technical expertise on Workday.
7. Comply with group guidelines on documentation, change management, and audit processes.
8. Support or lead high-level investigations on functional and technical requirements and feasibility studies.
9. Organize and lead working groups to specify business requirements.
10. Coordinate the configuration of functionalities with vendors based on user requirements.
11. Document processes in a consistent and simple manner.
12. Contribute to the development of business test scenarios and perform tests to ensure adequate functional coverage.
13. Support and train users as needed.

1. Experience in Workday implementation and support, particularly in reporting, security, and integration.
2. Studies in Computer Science or Engineering, or technical experience in HRIS implementations, customizing, and maintenance.
3. Knowledge of SAP HR is advantageous.
4. Ability to quickly understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
5. Proficiency in writing functional specifications and test cases.
6. Fluency in English; French is a plus.
