Richemont HRIS Project & Change Lead

- Coordinate HRIS project activities locally, ensuring alignment with the global deployment plan for Workday implementation.
- Lead change management efforts, including communication plans, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment for the Payroll and HR community.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover activities in preparation for go-live, ensuring payroll continuity post-implementation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR and Workday implementation partners during the transition period.
- Prepare and oversee post-go-live activities, including user support, documentation, feedback collection, and stabilization follow-up.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of end-users and drive adoption and engagement with the new system.
- Strong experience in project coordination.
- Proven track record in change management and stakeholder communication within HR environments.
- Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Fluent in both English and French.
Experience in international, multicultural environments is highly appreciated.
