1. Coordinate HRIS project activities locally, ensuring alignment with the global deployment plan for Workday implementation.
2. Lead change management efforts, including communication plans, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment for the Payroll and HR community.
3. Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover activities in preparation for go-live, ensuring payroll continuity post-implementation.
4. Serve as the primary liaison between HR and Workday implementation partners during the transition period.
5. Prepare and oversee post-go-live activities, including user support, documentation, feedback collection, and stabilization follow-up.
6. Ensure smooth onboarding of end-users and drive adoption and engagement with the new system.

1. Strong experience in project coordination.
2. Proven track record in change management and stakeholder communication within HR environments.

1. Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach.
2. Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in a matrix organization.
3. Fluent in both English and French.

Experience in international, multicultural environments is highly appreciated.
