- Differentiate roles between Regional Office and Market-specific functions, highlighting specific responsibilities and requirements.
- Analyze existing job descriptions for accuracy, completeness, and relevance, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Conduct interviews with job holders and managers to gather detailed information about roles and responsibilities.
- Draft new job descriptions in accordance with company standards and best practices.
- Maintain organized records of all reviewed and created job descriptions.
- Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and key findings.
- Identify baseline and KPIs by function and country, assessing the partnership between Richemont and its Maisons.
- Proven experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of job analysis and job description development.
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in a global organization with regional and market-specific roles is a plus.
- Strategic thinking to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence across the organization.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and risk mitigation.
- Appreciation of cultural nuances within the UAE and broader MEIA region.
- Ability to lead through transformation and manage complex change initiatives.
Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within a global organization.
