1. Differentiate roles between Regional Office and Market-specific functions, highlighting specific responsibilities and requirements.
2. Analyze existing job descriptions for accuracy, completeness, and relevance, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
3. Conduct interviews with job holders and managers to gather detailed information about roles and responsibilities.
4. Draft new job descriptions in accordance with company standards and best practices.
5. Maintain organized records of all reviewed and created job descriptions.
6. Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment.
7. Provide regular updates on project progress and key findings.
8. Identify baseline and KPIs by function and country, assessing the partnership between Richemont and its Maisons.

1. Proven experience in Human Resources.
2. Strong understanding of job analysis and job description development.
3. Excellent interviewing and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Experience in a global organization with regional and market-specific roles is a plus.
