Richemont HR Operations Coordinator

- Provide operational support for new hires, including generating employee letters, conducting background checks, and managing new hire communications and training.
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into Richemont Mexico.
- Manage the termination process, including resignation letters, exit interviews, and coordination of off-boarding activities.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management in Workday, ensuring data accuracy for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Conduct routine operational audits and system data clean-up to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR partners to anticipate and process business changes, including coordination of new locations and cost centers.
- Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency within HR operations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly HR KPIs and data reports, providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Expertise in HR Operations and Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday.
- Comprehensive understanding of state and federal labor laws.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with general HR principles and practices.
4-5 years of experience in a human resources department, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
