- Develop and implement strategic people plans to support the growth of Richemont Maisons in Oceania.
- Ensure alignment of candidate and employee experiences with the culture and values of the Maisons, including teamwork, savoir-faire, and sustainability.
- Oversee the complete Talent Acquisition process, ensuring cultural and competency alignment and a positive candidate experience.
- Lead annual HR activities such as performance management, salary reviews, and talent reviews.
- Provide advisory and consultation to Maisons’ Country Managers and leaders on HR matters.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels and guide people managers on employee relations.
- Collaborate with Maisons’ and Richemont regional HR teams to develop talent and manage people costs.
- Manage employee relations across Australia.
- Lead and participate in local and regional HR projects for Richemont.
- Approximately 8 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or fast-moving environments and multinational corporations.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Future-ready and creative mindset with the ability to work across cultures and markets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence employees and provide leadership advisory.
- Highly collaborative yet independent approach, with an appreciation of Richemont and Maisons’ values.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on and proactive style, adept at navigating complex matrix structures.
- Fluency in English.
Candidates should possess approximately 8 years of HR experience, ideally within retail or fast-moving environments and multinational corporations, with a depth of knowledge in HR generalist roles and business partnering.
Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
