- Provide strategic HR leadership and business partnering to senior leadership, including ExCo members.
- Lead HR planning and execution for Cartier's Regional Office, aligning with business goals.
- Oversee regional projects and cross-market collaboration, leading initiatives across multiple countries and business functions.
- Offer executive advisory and governance, counseling senior leaders on complex employee matters, team dynamics, leadership transitions, and succession planning.
- Champion employee relations and culture, acting as a point of escalation for sensitive issues and promoting a positive workplace.
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (COEs) to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and alignment with strategic goals.

- Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market standards.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement through digital tools and compliance with HR policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
