- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
No prior professional experience required, though any previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
