Richemont HR Generalist

1. Manage the full onboarding and orientation process for new employees, including contract preparation and pre-employment screening.
2. Coordinate visa requirements and applications for expatriate employees with the PRO.
3. Oversee the offboarding process, including visa cancellation, final payment release, and preparation of exit documentation.
4. Administer health and life insurance policies, acting as the primary contact with insurance providers.
5. Execute first-level payroll review and processing, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
6. Upload announcements and updates on the Reach platform.
7. Prepare and maintain HR employee files and respond to employee inquiries.
8. Recommend and implement HR process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. CIPD, PHR, or SPHR certification is advantageous.
3. Fluency in Arabic and English.
4. Saudi national as per Saudi labor law.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Experience with SAP HR and Workday is beneficial.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
4. Excellent time management and attention to detail.

A minimum of 3 years in HR Operations, with a focus on employee services and payroll. A solid understanding of retail business requirements and HR best practices is essential.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
