Richemont HR Generalist

- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing daily HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Facilitate communication and coordination of HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll validations.
- Participate in recruitment activities, contributing to candidate selection and building a talent pipeline.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees through regular meetings and boutique visits.
- Manage HR queries related to the employee lifecycle and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and conduct data quality exercises.
- Prepare HR-related reports on an ad-hoc basis.
- Create HR announcements for new hires and organizational changes.
- Review employment documents such as offer letters and contract extensions.
- Maintain up-to-date organizational charts for office and retail locations.
- Coordinate with managers during the annual Talent Review cycle.
- Assist employees with inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the Cross Maison Motivational Program, including organizing visits and updating reports.
- Maintain engaging HR PowerPoint presentations for various programs.
- Ensure completion of compliance and mandatory trainings for teams.
- Coordinate performance and development processes in line with Group guidelines.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
- Operational, hands-on approach with high agility.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in an international environment.
- Creative and proactive attitude.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role is required.
