Richemont HR Generalist Intern

- Assist HR Managers in daily operations and processes.
- Contribute to cross-functional people budget planning, including forecasting and monthly budgeting in collaboration with Finance Controllers.
- Support the internal talent review process, including report downloads, note-taking during meetings, and preparation of presentations.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including contract and policy reviews and translations from English.
- Proactively implement visual and concise dashboards for HR KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on projects with Richemont Europe and maison headquarters.
- Participate in additional projects as required by the business.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.
- High organizational skills and flexibility.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for the HR field.
- Proven proactive behavior.
- Interest in the luxury retail sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and eagerness to learn.
- Speed and accuracy in task execution.
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar position, even if brief, is considered a plus.
The internship offers a highly formative 6-month experience, with the possibility of extension, in a collaborative and transparent team environment.
