Richemont HR Generalist Intern

1. Assist HR Managers in daily operations and processes.
2. Contribute to cross-functional people budget planning, including forecasting and monthly budgeting in collaboration with Finance Controllers.
3. Support the internal talent review process, including report downloads, note-taking during meetings, and preparation of presentations.
4. Assist with HR administrative tasks, including contract and policy reviews and translations from English.
5. Proactively implement visual and concise dashboards for HR KPIs.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on projects with Richemont Europe and maison headquarters.
7. Participate in additional projects as required by the business.

2. Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.

9. Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English.

The internship offers a highly formative 6-month experience, with the possibility of extension, in a collaborative and transparent team environment.
