1. Support HR Managers in daily operations and processes.
2. Assist in cross-functional people budget planning, including forecasting and monthly budgeting in collaboration with Finance Controllers.
3. Facilitate the internal talent review process by preparing reports, taking notes during meetings, and creating presentations.
4. Manage HR administrative tasks, including contract and policy reviews, and translations from English.
5. Develop visual and concise dashboards for HR KPIs.
6. Engage with internal stakeholders on projects in collaboration with Richemont Europe and maison headquarters.
7. Participate in additional projects as required by the business.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Excellent spoken and written Italian and English.

Previous experience in similar positions, even if brief, is advantageous.

The internship offers a highly formative 6-month experience, with the possibility of extension, within a dynamic team environment.
