1. Support the HR department in developing, maintaining, and enhancing data analytics solutions to aid strategic HR decision-making.
2. Collaborate with the Reward & HR Controlling team and HR Functions to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
3. Create, improve, and monitor Power BI Dashboards to track key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, overtime, and balance on a monthly basis.
4. Respond to ad-hoc data requests from HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
5. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by implementing data quality checks and processes.
6. Maintain documentation of data sources, data definitions, and data processes.
7. Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using tools like Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, and VBA.
8. Support the implementation of new HR systems and technologies.

1. Enrollment in a Master’s degree or equivalent (HEC, HEG, etc.).
2. Fluency in French and English.

1. Proficiency in data analytics tools.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
4. Good listening skills and a collaborative attitude.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in data analytics or related fields is preferred.

Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
