- Administer payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Facilitate communication regarding payroll and social security matters.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
- Verify absenteeism data for compliance and accuracy.
- Manage employee changes, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork preparation and termination processing.
- Prepare contractual documents and HR correspondence, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain employee records and data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as onboarding, time management, and process digitalization.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to HR practices.
- Assist with internal and external HR audits.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health and life insurance.
- Assist with employee enrollment in benefits programs and provide plan information.
- Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, HR Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within an international environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability to various scenarios, tools, and interfaces.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or Workday is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; French is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in an international setting.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, HR Management, or a related field.
