Richemont HR Coordinator

- Provide comprehensive HR support to multiple departments, serving as a primary contact for employees and managers.
- Oversee onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes, including employee letter generation, orientation, and I9 management.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development planning.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights, preparing reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate and analyze reports from the HRIS system to support HR functions and identify improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field, preferably in Human Resources or Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in Administration or Human Resources.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to identify areas of opportunity and provide resolutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills as a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Systems and data-oriented mindset, with the ability to work with and analyze data and reports.
- Ability to use a computer and type for extended periods.
1-2 years of experience in Administration or Human Resources.
Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field, preferably in Human Resources or Administration.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
