1. Develop and execute an integrated People Strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
2. Provide comprehensive HR Business Partnering services, including HR planning, staffing, performance management, and talent management.

5. Streamline administrative HR processes and tasks.

1. Broad experience in Human Resources, preferably in the retail industry.
2. Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and collaborative skills in both English and Japanese.
3. Ability to translate complex, strategic topics into specific goals and action plans.
4. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
