Richemont HR Business Partner

- Design and implement people strategies aligned with business priorities in collaboration with the Head of HR and business leaders.
- Provide strategic HR insights and counsel to managerial levels, influencing decisions with a people-centric approach.
- Participate in Richemont Korea HR projects, ensuring Maison perspectives are represented at the Group level.
- Drive headcount planning, people cost analysis, and productivity insights in collaboration with Finance and Rewards.
- Lead the annual performance and reward cycle, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and internal equity.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition COE throughout the hiring process, ensuring alignment with business and talent needs.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to build a strong pipeline of high-potential candidates.
- Implement onboarding and integration programs to accelerate new hire performance and retention.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular pulse checks to provide actionable insights for improving employee experience.
- Champion engagement and cultural initiatives that reinforce company values and foster a high-performance environment.
- Support office managers and teams in navigating organizational change, driving adoption and sustaining engagement.
- Monitor organizational health through data and feedback, identifying risks and recommending interventions.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant time as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in multinational organizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge across core HR domains, including recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated experience in Rewards (compensation, HC/cost planning) and/or HR analytics projects.
- Proficiency in HR systems and workforce analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, matrix environment.
