Richemont HR Business Partner

- Establish and maintain trustful relationships with business units and staff to ensure proximity and effective communication.
- Oversee the entire Human Resources Management spectrum from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Implement and manage HR processes, policies, and tools in alignment with Group standards.
- Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure efficient execution and accurate reporting.
- Maintain and update HR databases, including HR administration, time management, and social insurances.
- Support internal reporting requirements, including budgeting and headcount reporting.
- Address employee inquiries related to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Tax.
- Ensure timely HR administration and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Facilitate recruitment strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to attract and hire suitable candidates.
- Support People Development initiatives and ensure upskilling across the organization.
- Manage specific HR projects and participate in both functional and cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop strong connections with teams to identify key people topics and create effective action plans.
- Experience in HR administration and generalist roles.
- Recognized University degree.
- Confirmed knowledge of Spanish Labor Law and HR practices.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and understanding of HR lifecycle and best practices.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
- Excellent team player with strong autonomy.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Experience in HR administration and generalist roles, with knowledge of Spanish Labor Law and HR practices.
Recognized University degree.
