Richemont Head of Retail

Richemont is a Switzerland‑based luxury goods holding company that manages a portfolio of maisons across jewellery, watchmaking, leather goods and fashion. The group is known for stewardship of heritage brands, emphasis on craftsmanship and a long‑term, maisons‑centred approach to brand development.

1. Define and execute the retail strategy for Chloé in Taipei to maximise sales, margin and brand presence across the boutique network.
2. Own boutique P&L, sales forecasts, promotional planning and commercial performance metrics.
3. Lead boutique operations and visual merchandising to ensure flawless adherence to brand standards and elevated client experience.
4. Develop, mentor and recruit retail leadership and boutique teams; set individual and team KPIs and performance development plans.
5. Align retail activities with regional and global functions (merchandising, supply chain, CRM, marketing and digital) to optimise stock flow and omnichannel client journeys.
6. Implement clienteling and CRM initiatives to grow high‑value client relationships and lifetime value.
7. Manage store opening/relocation projects, local partnerships and contract negotiations as required.

1. Proven leadership in luxury retail with responsibility for multi‑store operations and P&L accountability.
2. Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and margin improvement in ready‑to‑wear and/or leather goods.
3. Deep understanding of luxury client service, visual merchandising and boutique standards.
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with regional and global teams.
5. Fluency in Mandarin and English; excellent spoken and written communication.
6. Willingness to travel regionally as required.

Typically 8+ years in luxury retail with progressive responsibility and at least 4–5 years in senior store/retail leadership or regional management roles, preferably within womenswear or leather goods brands and with experience in Greater China/Taiwan markets.

Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
