1. Define and execute logistics strategy across UAE operations, ensuring alignment with Group logistics strategy.
2. Lead and mentor a diverse team responsible for import/export operations, warehouse and transportation management, and inventory control.
3. Provide strategic oversight of internal and external warehouse operations, ensuring service excellence and efficiency.
4. Oversee domestic and regional transportation networks, optimizing routes and maintaining delivery service level agreements.
5. Manage customs processes, freezone operations, and regulatory compliance for import/export activities.
6. Drive inventory control strategy in collaboration with the Inventory Supervisor, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
7. Define and monitor KPIs across logistics functions to drive performance and continuous improvement.
8. Champion sustainability and compliance goals across UAE logistics activities.
9. Act as the key logistics point of contact for internal stakeholders and collaborate on regional and global priorities.

1. Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, typically 8+ years.
2. In-depth knowledge of UAE and GCC customs regulations, freezone operations, and trade compliance.
3. Strong understanding of international shipping, freight forwarding, and import/export processes.
4. Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.

A minimum of 8 years in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on UAE and GCC regulations and operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
