1. Collaborate with project managers to align on project timelines and objectives.
2. Develop comprehensive test strategies for various initiatives.
3. Construct detailed test plans and identify test scopes.
4. Generate test scripts and scenarios, ensuring stakeholder approval.
5. Execute test plans and monitor incident creation and resolution.
6. Report on test execution and deliverables.
7. Lead test cycles in technology initiatives and communicate strategies to stakeholders.
8. Coordinate Level 2 and Level 3 teams throughout test life cycles.
9. Facilitate health checks and coordinate daily progress meetings.
10. Manage defect resolution and formalize exit reports.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Technology Test Management.
3. Experience in supply chain or logistics-related initiatives.
4. Proven experience in managing worldwide integrated projects/programs.
5. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French or German is advantageous.

4. Proficient in agile and waterfall methodologies.
5. Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment.
6. Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.

A minimum of 5 years in Technology Test Management, with a focus on supply chain or logistics initiatives and global project management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
