1. Coordinate initiatives and projects to drive Talent Acquisition transformation.
2. Collect and address Talent Acquisition-related needs within the global community.
3. Support the creation and coordination of Talent Acquisition trainings and guidelines.
4. Assist in analytics and reporting initiatives related to data accuracy, diversity hiring, and university engagement.
5. Collaborate with Employer Branding and University teams on project materials and toolkit updates.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Mandatory internship agreement with school/university.
3. Available to start a 6-month internship in January 2026.

1. Proficiency in technology and data analysis.
2. Business mindset with a focus on improving the status quo.
3. Excellent written and oral English language skills; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
4. Ability to plan, coordinate, and adapt quickly to changes.
5. Strong attention to detail.

No prior experience required, but a people-focused approach and a curious mindset are essential.

Master’s Degree in progress in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Communications, or Business Administration.
