- Define, implement, and maintain a comprehensive data governance framework for HR data, including data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor HR data quality, identify issues, and develop remediation plans, including data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities.
- Develop and maintain a data dictionary and metadata repository for HR data, ensuring clarity and documentation of data elements.
- Ensure HR data management compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, IT teams, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance HR data literacy and data entry excellence.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, implementing corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct data audits and generate reports to monitor data quality and compliance.
- Animate a community of HR Privacy Representatives and HR Data Specialists to foster engagement and best practice adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, or data stewardship.
- Strong understanding of Workday HR processes and data model.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with data quality tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
- Fluency in English; French is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, or data stewardship is required, with a strong understanding of Workday HR processes and data models.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Management, Data Analysis, Business Administration).
