- Assist in the management and coordination of gemstone procurement and inventory.
- Support the Director in daily administrative tasks related to gemstones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and authenticity of gemstones.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of gemstone transactions.
- Contribute to the development of gemstone sourcing strategies.
- Enrollment in a relevant academic program related to gemology or luxury goods.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of gemstones and gemology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
No prior professional experience required, but a background in gemology or luxury goods is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in gemology, luxury goods, or a related field.
