1. Support the FP&A team in the forecasting and budgeting processes.
2. Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting tools to drive financial targets.
3. Analyze performance and propose action plans to enhance profitability and cash flow.
4. Collaborate with Reporting teams for effective P&L and balance sheet management during closing periods.
5. Provide variance analysis against plans and forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
6. Conduct consistent and ad hoc analyses to support business decision-making.

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree.
2. 0-2 years of relevant experience.

1. Strong financial background with robust analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA/Power BI is advantageous.
3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
4. Effective team collaboration and proactive approach.
5. Solid understanding of accounting principles.
6. Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written.

0-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline, or currently pursuing such a degree.
