1. Provide support to the FP&A team during the forecasting and budgeting process.
2. Assist in maintaining and developing reporting tools to drive financial targets.
3. Support the business cycle plan, budget, and forecasts, analyzing performance and proposing action plans to improve profitability and cash generation.
4. Collaborate with Reporting teams to ensure proper P&L and balance sheet management during closing periods.
5. Support monthly activities related to data validation and creation to support business needs.
6. Provide variance analysis versus plan and forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis, monitoring trends and proposing corrective actions.
7. Execute consistent and ad hoc analyses with accurate and timely financial information critical to business decision-making.

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics, or currently pursuing such a degree.
2. 0-2 years of relevant experience.

1. Solid financial background with robust analytical skills.
2. Excellent modeling skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA/Power BI is a plus.
3. Strong attention to detail and analytical background.
4. Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines on multiple projects.
5. Effective teamwork and proactive attitude.
6. Solid understanding of accounting principles.
7. Proficiency in verbal and written Italian and English.

0-2 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics, or currently pursuing such a degree.
