Richemont Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

- Construct and manage the brand’s budget and latest trend analysis, ensuring robust cost controls and financial analysis.
- Provide timely and accurate financial data to aid decision-making and capital investment analysis.
- Support regional and headquarters office counterparts by providing comprehensive financial analysis tailored to local market conditions.
- Monitor and communicate relevant KPIs to brand management to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to support brand-specific initiatives and strategies.
- Establish standard metrics for measuring, reporting, and tracking performance, focusing on productivity and profitability of boutiques.
- Develop and implement standard operating and financial procedures and best practices to support brand operations.
- Identify opportunities for cost reductions and profit improvements, recommending and implementing plans to address these areas.
- Participate in strategy development and implementation to drive brand growth.
- Optimize cash flows to meet the company’s resource needs effectively.
- Lead key brand projects and present figures in FP&A meetings.
- Engage in ad-hoc FP&A and finance projects as required.
- Experience in a financial role encompassing Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, and general finance.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, management reporting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Preferred experience with finance technology and systems such as BI, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and Tableau.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
