1. Construct and manage the brand’s budget and latest trend analysis, ensuring robust cost controls and financial analysis.
2. Provide timely and accurate financial data to aid decision-making and capital investment analysis.
3. Support regional and headquarters office counterparts by providing comprehensive financial analysis tailored to local market conditions.
4. Monitor and communicate relevant KPIs to brand management to inform strategic decisions.
5. Collaborate with business leaders to support brand-specific initiatives and strategies.
6. Establish standard metrics for measuring, reporting, and tracking performance, focusing on productivity and profitability of boutiques.
7. Develop and implement standard operating and financial procedures and best practices to support brand operations.
8. Identify opportunities for cost reductions and profit improvements, recommending and implementing plans to address these areas.
9. Participate in strategy development and implementation to drive brand growth.
10. Optimize cash flows to meet the company’s resource needs effectively.
11. Lead key brand projects and present figures in FP&A meetings.
12. Engage in ad-hoc FP&A and finance projects as required.

1. Experience in a financial role encompassing Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, and general finance.
2. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, management reporting, and forecasting.
3. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business partners.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
6. Preferred experience with finance technology and systems such as BI, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and Tableau.
7. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
