1. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities annually and quarterly.
2. Conduct performance analysis against plans on a monthly and quarterly basis, monitoring trends and proposing corrective actions.
3. Develop and maintain digital reporting tools to drive financial targets and support data-driven decision-making.
4. Provide ad hoc analysis and timely financial information to support business leaders' decision-making processes.
5. Prepare commercial analysis, develop growth targets, and evaluate strategic initiatives.
6. Play a key role in capital investment project preparation, providing financial insights for decision-making.
7. Collaborate with reporting teams to ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet management during closing periods.

1. Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is advantageous.
3. Extensive experience in FP&A, financial controlling, and reporting.

1. Excellent modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA/Power BI is beneficial.
2. Strong financial background and business acumen.
3. Robust analytical skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects.
5. Effective team collaboration skills.
6. Entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
7. Continuous improvement mindset, challenging the status quo to enhance efficiency.
8. Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.

Extensive previous relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, financial controlling, and reporting is required.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
