1. Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with department heads, preparing comprehensive presentations.
2. Participate in the monthly close process, ensuring accurate financial results through collaboration with business partners and management of deadlines.
3. Review sales analysis to monitor trends and understand key drivers.
4. Conduct balance sheet and cash flow analysis to support sound budgeting and forecasting, including monthly phasing.
5. Provide timely variance analysis to business partners, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
6. Maintain and distribute monthly financial reporting, forecast updates, and budget management to business partners.
7. Identify and track key performance metrics.
8. Prepare capital investment requisitions, providing guidance on policies and templates, and liaise with key stakeholders.
9. Track capex spending by project versus budget, collaborating with Cartier teams for transparency and reconciliation.
10. Advocate for internal controls, ensuring compliance and providing feedback on control documentation.
11. Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the broader finance team.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of relevant finance experience, including corporate finance and strategy.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Anaplan.
2. Extensive knowledge of MS-Excel, Analysis, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Looker, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud is beneficial.
3. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong data-driven approach.
4. Proficiency in corporate finance and accounting concepts.
5. Familiarity with financial planning processes and mid-market/enterprise business systems.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
8. Curious and proactive nature with strong problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
10. Global mindset with an understanding of working in a matrixed environment.
11. Fluency in English.

5+ years of relevant finance experience, including corporate finance and strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
