Richemont Finance Director

- Act as a strategic business partner to the SEAO CEO and Maisons Management to drive business development and sustainable growth.
- Ensure consistent business follow-up for Maisons and Richemont Functions, analyzing financial performance and developing business plans.
- Define Finance priorities for SEAO, manage departmental resources, and drive Finance process transformation.
- Oversee financial and accounting operations for the SEAO region, ensuring compliance with statutory and group reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain a robust internal control environment and risk mitigation framework.
- Manage relationships with auditors and ensure compliance with internal control standards.
- Lead the SEAO Finance functions across FP&A, Accounting, Finance Operations, and ICS.
- Create a multicultural and collaborative team environment, setting clear goals aligned with APAC and Group Finance vision.
- Hire and develop future Finance leaders and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Minimum of 15 years in Finance with at least 5 years in senior finance management positions within complex MNC environments.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the luxury markets landscape in APAC/SEAO.
- Proven track record in building partnerships with C-suite level stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and transforming sizeable cross-cultural teams in multinational and matrix organizations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Effective leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong learning agility and self-awareness.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
A minimum of 15 years in Finance, including over 5 years in senior management roles within multinational corporations.
