1. Oversee all local finance functions for Richemont Mexico, ensuring alignment with Group directives and compliance with local statutory requirements.
2. Lead financial planning and analysis activities, accounting and reporting, taxes, treasury, and internal controls.
3. Collaborate with local, regional, and Group stakeholders to ensure effective financial management and strategic business support.
4. Manage relationships with financial-related external parties, including government authorities.
5. Ensure efficient finance operations through process-driven and technology-enabled accounting functions.
6. Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing expertise and support on financial matters.
7. Develop and maintain a robust internal control environment and risk mitigation framework.
8. Manage and develop the finance team, promoting cross-functional activities and communication.
9. Support business development activities, including the integration of new businesses.
10. Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and policies.
11. Collaborate with real estate and legal teams on lease agreements and legal matters.
12. Sponsor key strategic projects, analyzing and presenting financial implications.
13. Foster regional integration and reporting, participating in regional finance projects.

1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 15 years of functional experience, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role within an international company.
3. Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards and Mexican statutory accounting and tax regulations.
