- Oversee all local finance functions for Richemont Mexico, ensuring alignment with Group directives and compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities, accounting and reporting, taxes, treasury, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and Group stakeholders to ensure effective financial management and strategic business support.
- Manage relationships with financial-related external parties, including government authorities.
- Ensure efficient finance operations through process-driven and technology-enabled accounting functions.
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing expertise and support on financial matters.
- Develop and maintain a robust internal control environment and risk mitigation framework.
- Manage and develop the finance team, promoting cross-functional activities and communication.
- Support business development activities, including the integration of new businesses.
- Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with real estate and legal teams on lease agreements and legal matters.
- Sponsor key strategic projects, analyzing and presenting financial implications.
- Foster regional integration and reporting, participating in regional finance projects.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of functional experience, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role within an international company.
- Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards and Mexican statutory accounting and tax regulations.
- Effective leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong integrity and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Advanced organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for financial process optimization.
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
Minimum of 15 years in finance, with significant experience in leadership roles within multinational and matrixed environments, ideally in retail or multi-channel businesses.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master's degree preferred.
