Richemont Finance Director

- Lead and manage the Istanbul finance function, including statutory reporting, month-end close and consolidation deliverables in accordance with group policies.
- Own the P&L for the local entity: drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis and scenario planning to support commercial decision-making.
- Design, implement and monitor financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure accurate financial statements.
- Act as strategic business partner to retail, wholesale and distribution leaders — translate financial performance into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Manage cashflow, treasury operations and working capital initiatives in coordination with regional treasury and group finance.
- Oversee tax, payroll and statutory filings; coordinate with external advisors and auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and filings.
- Develop and coach a high-performing finance team; set KPIs, run talent reviews and ensure succession planning.
- Drive continuous improvement through finance transformation initiatives, systems upgrades (ERP/FP&A) and process automation.
- Prepare and present clear, incisive reporting packs for senior management and group stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) preferred.
- Proven leadership capability with experience building and developing finance teams in a matrixed, multinational environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation (IFRS) and local statutory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with commercial teams and influence senior stakeholders through incisive analysis and clear presentation.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail and proven record maintaining robust internal controls.

8+ years of progressively responsible finance experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role. Experience within a multinational luxury goods, retail or consumer goods environment, or with Big Four external audit exposure and group consolidation responsibilities, is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) preferred.
