- Gather requirements and identify business intelligence and automation opportunities in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Financial Planning, and Internal Controls.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain existing solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the company's environment and compliance requirements.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data management, solution development, and secure deployment.
- Create comprehensive documentation to support and maintain business processes and data analysis/automation efforts.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable solutions.
- Leverage and implement the latest available technologies and tools in collaboration with Group Finance, Group Data Office, and Group Technology.
- Present deliverables and participate in idea exchanges within wider Richemont communities.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- University degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, including at least 5 years in a transformation role within an international and matrix environment.
- Strong track record of successfully driving end-to-end projects with concrete business outcomes through data analysis and automation.
- Proficiency with data visualization software such as PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or Looker.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and data transformation/cleaning (SQL, PowerQuery) and programming languages/algorithms.
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate and/or UiPath.
- Experience with data management in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft SQL Server is a strong asset.
- High ability to collect, organize, and analyze high volumes of complex data.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented with the ability to quickly evaluate, learn, and integrate new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to interact with professionals at every level of the organization.
- Agility in working in a complex, fast-paced, and demanding environment.

University degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar.
