Richemont Facility Executive

- Oversee the repair and maintenance of the office environment.
- Facilitate proactive communication with vendors and team members to ensure effective collaboration and workflow.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and soft services to create a pleasant work environment.
- Manage work orders to ensure timely completion of facility maintenance requests.
- Optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness through vendor management.
- Support office projects, including restack, environmental change, and expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with the BOS Administrator and Receptionists to support hospitality efforts.
- Manage and coordinate with the cleaning service vendor.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
1-2 years of experience in a similar customer-facing administrative role is required.
