1. Manage the shared facilities inbox and incoming requests, including visitor and supplier registration, and maintain the facility calendar.
2. Assist with incoming facilities requests via the ServiceNow system, ensuring prompt responses to employee inquiries.
3. Prepare reports and presentations, including ServiceNow dashboards, visitor plans, and ESG-related waste and energy reports.
4. Support reception in handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
5. Conduct daily inspections to ensure the building and office spaces meet desired standards.
6. Coordinate with external vendors and assist external visitors on-site.
7. Assist with vendor creation, modification, and compliance with company policies.
8. Participate in office space planning, layout adjustments, and occupancy monitoring.
9. Support internal office moves and relocations.
10. Set up meeting rooms and events, ensuring common areas are well-maintained and stocked.

1. Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Facilities Management, Hotel or Hospitality Management, or a related field.

1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
2. Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-oriented.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn are essential.

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field.
