Richemont Export Specialist

- Support daily outbound operations for Richemont North America, Inc.
- Prepare and manage export shipments to countries including Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
- Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure prompt releases from US Customs and Partner Government Agencies.
- Verify shipment documentation for valuation, classification, country of origin, and OGA/PGA requirements.
- Designate Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS) for imported materials.
- Extract, proofread, analyze, and update export data components in SAP.
- Liaise with shippers, consignees, 3PLs, brokers, and overseas offices.
- Perform special tasks related to export operations as assigned.
- 5 or more years of export experience.
- U.S. Customs brokerage license preferred.
- Understanding of U.S. import/export regulations including CBP, FWS, FDA, USDA, and BIS.
- Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS).
- Proficiency in global logistics and Incoterms.
- Functional knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Access, and SAP (preferred).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A minimum of 5 years in export management, with a comprehensive understanding of U.S. import/export regulations and processes.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
