- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, including managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as required by the CFO.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within the luxury or finance sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
