Richemont ESG Data and Compliance Controller

1. Collaborate with regional functions, markets, and Maisons to support non-financial reporting requirements, including sustainability performance analysis and risk management, in alignment with Group policies.
2. Identify and implement local measures to ensure compliance with non-financial reporting standards, conducting gap analyses as necessary.
3. Enhance ESG data quality for locally managed data through best practice benchmarking of data collection processes at the local function/market level.
4. Support the development of a performance-driven sustainability framework in the region, providing project management and data analytics expertise for senior management.
5. Coordinate with Group Sustainability and Learning & Development teams to deliver training on ESG reporting and compliance best practices, identifying local training needs.
6. Work closely with Group and local Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to ESG reporting and due diligence requirements, offering practical advice to key stakeholders.

1. Degree in a relevant discipline such as sustainability, finance, business, or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
2. Specific knowledge of sustainability management and reporting practices, including experience in ESG data management, compliance, or reporting.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or sustainability roles.
4. Proven experience with reporting frameworks and standards, such as GRI, SASB, or ESRS.

1. Technical knowledge of sustainability performance management and ESG reporting (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ESRS).
2. Understanding of internal control systems or similar.
3. Proficiency in data management and analytical skills, particularly in ESG data analytics.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with skills in both hands-on and long-term planning.
6. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including data management tools, reporting software, and compliance platforms.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or sustainability roles, with a proven track record in implementing standards, reporting, and processes, and working with multiple stakeholders.

Degree in sustainability, finance, business, accounting, or equivalent work experience.
