Richemont ESG Data and Compliance Controller

- Collaborate with regional functions, markets, and Maisons to support non-financial reporting requirements, including sustainability performance analysis and risk management, in alignment with Group policies.
- Identify and implement local measures to ensure compliance with non-financial reporting standards, conducting gap analyses as necessary.
- Enhance ESG data quality for locally managed data through best practice benchmarking of data collection processes at the local function/market level.
- Support the development of a performance-driven sustainability framework in the region, providing project management and data analytics expertise for senior management.
- Coordinate with Group Sustainability and Learning & Development teams to deliver training on ESG reporting and compliance best practices, identifying local training needs.
- Work closely with Group and local Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to ESG reporting and due diligence requirements, offering practical advice to key stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline such as sustainability, finance, business, or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- Specific knowledge of sustainability management and reporting practices, including experience in ESG data management, compliance, or reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or sustainability roles.
- Proven experience with reporting frameworks and standards, such as GRI, SASB, or ESRS.
- Technical knowledge of sustainability performance management and ESG reporting (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ESRS).
- Understanding of internal control systems or similar.
- Proficiency in data management and analytical skills, particularly in ESG data analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with skills in both hands-on and long-term planning.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including data management tools, reporting software, and compliance platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or sustainability roles, with a proven track record in implementing standards, reporting, and processes, and working with multiple stakeholders.
Degree in sustainability, finance, business, accounting, or equivalent work experience.
