- Implement and participate in the development of automation solutions.
- Develop self-service and packaging solutions for product enhancement requests.
- Execute problem resolution and manage change processes.
- Drive innovation and planning activities using agile methodologies.
- Support and monitor scripting and platform maintenance, including incident response.
- Ensure operational stability, IT security, and health of provided services and technologies.
- Improve services and processes within the EndPoint Solutions Automation team.
- Maintain and update documentation and processes for supported platforms.
- Ensure monitoring and proactive reporting for tools and platforms.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within and outside the team.
- Identify and foster technical and non-technical innovations.
- Alert about risks related to technologies under scope.
- Minimum Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT developer.
- Proficiency in automation platforms such as Power Platform, UiPath, Azure Logic Apps.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell and .NET for scripting and automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Ecosystem including O365, SharePoint Online, SQL database.
- Familiarity with development workflows such as Gitlab, JIRA, CI/CD, SDLC.
- Knowledge of Windows Server.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as an IT developer, with solid experience in automation platforms, scripting languages, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Minimum Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
