Richemont e‑Boutique Sales Associate

- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service through Richemont’s e‑boutique channels (email, live chat, telephone and video) with a focus on converting digital prospects into long‑term clients.
- Advise clients on product selection, styling and technical details, leveraging in‑depth product knowledge to drive revenue and margin.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for online orders: qualification, pricing, payment, order entry, fulfilment coordination and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM to document interactions, preferences and follow‑up actions; execute targeted outreach and aftercare.
- Collaborate with inventory, logistics and store teams to ensure stock availability, timely delivery and resolution of client issues or escalations.
- Achieve individual and team sales KPIs through proactive prospecting, personalised recommendations and strategic upselling.
- Fluent spoken and written Italian (required).
- Proven experience in luxury retail, boutique or e‑commerce client advisory; demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client‑centric orientation and cultural sensitivity.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) proficiency
- Multichannel client communication (email, chat, telephone, video)
- E‑commerce order management and fulfilment coordination
- High‑level product knowledge in luxury watches, jewellery or leather goods
- Sales conversion, upselling and client retention techniques
Minimum 1–2 years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or e‑commerce environments, with demonstrable success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, business or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
