Richemont E-Commerce Logistics Operations Specialist

- Monitor and troubleshoot e-commerce operations, ensuring 3PL and carrier availability based on forecasts.
- Oversee logistics e-commerce operations, including outbound orders, value-added services, and reverse logistics.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont/Maisons rules and processes, partnering with CRC for B2C claims resolution.
- Enforce controlled communication through Richemont and partner web portals, making first-level decisions and arbitration.
- Support B2B backup activities as part of the Richemont team.
- Utilize daily reports and data indicators to ensure completion of B2C activities, analyzing delays and logistics deviations.
- Provide monthly KPIs and insights for Monthly Business Review, controlling transport partner performance.
- Establish governance frameworks for e-commerce activities, aligning Maisons, external partners, and internal teams.
- Act as the single point of contact for Maisons and external partners, driving efficient decision-making and communication.
- Master and communicate performance KPIs for warehouse operations, serving as an expert reference for e-commerce logistics.
- Formalize e-commerce operations procedures and best practices, supporting fashion and accessories e-commerce projects.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations.
- University degree or equivalent, with engineering background preferred.
- B2C experience is advantageous.
- Confirmed logistics expertise.
- Proven experience in operations management is a plus.
- Strong data controlling and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
A minimum of 3-5 years in logistics operations, with a focus on e-commerce and B2C activities.
University degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering.
Expected hourly range: $27-$35. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
