Richemont E-Commerce Logistics Operations Specialist

1. Monitor and troubleshoot e-commerce operations, ensuring the availability and capacity of third-party logistics (3PL) and carriers based on forecasts.
2. Oversee logistics e-commerce operations with 3PL, including outbound orders, value-added services, and reverse logistics.
3. Ensure adherence to Richemont and Maisons' rules and processes, partnering with the Customer Relations Center for B2C claims resolution.
4. Enforce controlled communication through Richemont's web portal, making initial decisions and arbitrations.
5. Support B2B activities as part of the Richemont team.
6. Utilize daily reports and data indicators to ensure completion of B2C activities, analyzing delays and logistics deviations.
7. Provide monthly KPIs and insights for business reviews, controlling transport partner performance.
8. Establish governance frameworks for e-commerce activities, aligning Maisons, external partners, and internal teams.
9. Act as the single point of contact for Maisons and partners, streamlining requests and driving efficient decision-making.
10. Master and communicate warehouse operation performance KPIs, acting as an expert reference for logistics processes.
11. Formalize e-commerce operations procedures and support fashion and accessories e-commerce projects.

1. 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations
2. University degree or equivalent, engineering degree preferred
3. Experience in B2C logistics is advantageous

1. Confirmed logistics expertise
2. Proven operations management experience
3. Strong data analysis skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. SAP knowledge is a plus
6. Fluency in English and Spanish

3-5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on e-commerce and B2C activities.

University degree or equivalent, engineering degree preferred.

Expected hourly range: $27-$35. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
