1. Oversee the LATAM real estate portfolio, leading location identification and lease negotiations for the maisons.
2. Gather and evaluate market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and emerging market updates.
3. Develop and execute retail real estate strategies in collaboration with maisons.
4. Prepare market presentations and present deal packages for committee reviews.
5. Manage the existing lease database, monitoring critical dates, renewals, and terminations.
6. Lead portfolio optimization initiatives, reviewing performance, size, co-tenancy, and business risks.
7. Ensure compliance with leases and support maisons on operational and asset management needs.
8. Run financial simulations and rent optimization strategies with finance, leveraging data analytics for productivity forecasting.
9. Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the negotiation lifecycle to meet project milestones.
10. Continuously improve tools, processes, policies, and procedures in partnership with regional managers.
11. Manage relationships with landlords, external brokers, and consultants.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate or a related field within a retail environment.
3. Strong understanding of real estate negotiations and market dynamics in the LATAM region and Southeast U.S.
4. Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
5. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate or a related field within a retail environment is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
