Richemont Director, Infrastructure

- Define and execute the global infrastructure strategy, spanning cloud, on-premises datacentres, networking and platform services to support maisons across retail, wholesale and corporate functions.
- Lead architecture and roadmap for cloud migrations, hybrid-cloud operations and platform modernisation to increase agility, resilience and cost-efficiency.
- Own infrastructure operations including network, compute, storage, identity and access management, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery across multi‑region deployments.
- Drive security-by-design in infrastructure decisions in close partnership with cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships (contracts, SLAs, commercial negotiations) and oversee third‑party service delivery.
- Establish operational KPIs, capacity planning, incident management and continuous improvement processes to meet strict uptime and performance targets.
- Build and lead a distributed team of engineers and managers, fostering talent development, cross-functional collaboration and a culture of service for business stakeholders.
- Control infrastructure budgets, procurement and cost optimisation initiatives while aligning investments to strategic business priorities.
- Proven leadership experience managing global infrastructure teams and complex, multi‑site environments.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering cloud migrations and operating hybrid cloud architectures at scale.
- Deep understanding of network, compute, storage, identity and resilience architectures, with experience embedding security and compliance requirements.
- Experience negotiating and managing large vendor contracts and outsourcing relationships.
- Strong financial acumen with experience owning infrastructure budgets and driving cost optimisation.
- Relevant professional certifications preferred (examples: CISSP, CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure certifications, ITIL, PMP).

Minimum ~10 years of progressive infrastructure experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing global, multi‑regional environments; experience in luxury retail or complex multi-brand organisations is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline; master's degree or equivalent business/technology postgraduate qualification preferred.
