Richemont Director, Infrastructure

1. Define and execute the global infrastructure strategy, spanning cloud, on-premises datacentres, networking and platform services to support maisons across retail, wholesale and corporate functions.
2. Lead architecture and roadmap for cloud migrations, hybrid-cloud operations and platform modernisation to increase agility, resilience and cost-efficiency.
3. Own infrastructure operations including network, compute, storage, identity and access management, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery across multi‑region deployments.
4. Drive security-by-design in infrastructure decisions in close partnership with cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
5. Manage supplier and vendor relationships (contracts, SLAs, commercial negotiations) and oversee third‑party service delivery.
6. Establish operational KPIs, capacity planning, incident management and continuous improvement processes to meet strict uptime and performance targets.
7. Build and lead a distributed team of engineers and managers, fostering talent development, cross-functional collaboration and a culture of service for business stakeholders.
8. Control infrastructure budgets, procurement and cost optimisation initiatives while aligning investments to strategic business priorities.

1. Proven leadership experience managing global infrastructure teams and complex, multi‑site environments.
2. Demonstrable track record of delivering cloud migrations and operating hybrid cloud architectures at scale.
3. Deep understanding of network, compute, storage, identity and resilience architectures, with experience embedding security and compliance requirements.
4. Experience negotiating and managing large vendor contracts and outsourcing relationships.
5. Strong financial acumen with experience owning infrastructure budgets and driving cost optimisation.
6. Relevant professional certifications preferred (examples: CISSP, CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure certifications, ITIL, PMP).

Minimum ~10 years of progressive infrastructure experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing global, multi‑regional environments; experience in luxury retail or complex multi-brand organisations is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline; master's degree or equivalent business/technology postgraduate qualification preferred.
