Richemont Digital Communications & IT Support Intern

- Manage and create content for the internal Community of Practice on the internal social network to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular and engaging postings.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to questions and comments.
- Manage communications within designated channels for the Developer community, ensuring clear and concise information dissemination.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge management efforts, including migrating existing documentation from SharePoint to Confluence.
- Maintain and update documentation as needed.
- Compare and evaluate technical tools to support the Developer community.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communications with a demonstrated interest in technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Office tools, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Experience in digital communications or IT support is preferred, particularly in a global environment with distributed teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communications.
