Richemont DevOps Engineer

- Identify opportunities for automation and drive continuous improvement in the deployment process for existing and new applications.
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments for containerized workloads.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for cloud resources.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD artifacts such as Pipelines, Docker images, Helm charts, and Kubernetes manifests.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost in AWS environments.
- Ensure seamless SaaS integrations with DevOps tools and monitoring solutions.
- Improve security, logging, and monitoring using best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance DevOps processes and automation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve workflows.
- Challenge existing processes and drive innovation within the team.
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Proven experience deploying applications (Web-SPA, Java/.NET services) in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, Continuous Deployment (ArgoCD), and infrastructure automation.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (ECS, EKS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.).
- Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Experience automating deployments with GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience working and integrating with observability tools such as Datadog.
- Proficiency in Bash and Python for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of networking, security best practices, and system monitoring.
- Experience integrating SaaS tools into DevOps workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Other languages are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role, with a proven track record in cloud application deployment and infrastructure automation.
