Richemont Data Analyst, Voice of Customer

- Collaborate closely with the Voice of Customer (VoC) Manager to support the VoC program and strategy.
- Co-develop high-value analyses with the Maisons, including actionable recommendations to guide VoC strategy.
- Structure and leverage VoC data within Google Cloud platforms such as BigQuery and Looker.
- Innovate with AI and Gen AI to enrich customer insights from unstructured data, including verbatims and feedback.
- Identify emerging trends from unsolicited feedback, including social media and reviews, to anticipate customer expectations.
- Work with Visualization Specialists to develop dynamic dashboards that democratize VoC data usage and accelerate informed decision-making.
- Identify new data sources and optimize workflows to enhance and expedite access to VoC data.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or customer insights.
- Proficiency in data tools such as BigQuery, Looker, SQL, and Python.
- Excellent storytelling skills to transform data into clear recommendations.
- Ability to leverage data to reveal strategic insights.
- Experience in structuring and optimizing data workflows.
- Curiosity and passion for new technologies, particularly AI and Gen AI applied to VoC.

A minimum of 3 years in data analysis or customer insights, preferably with experience in a consumer insights agency and familiarity with Medallia.
