Richemont Customer Service Manager

- Oversee the logistics of repairs within the designated zone, ensuring a seamless flow throughout receiving, final control, and shipping processes, with an emphasis on small batch management.
- Ensure compliance with all receiving procedures, including SAS, video tracking, and filing, while maintaining security and accurate sorting for repairs and spare parts.
- Expedite repairs to the registration phase to maintain continuous flow and perform final commercial control to verify alignment of completed work and invoices with initial estimates.
- Organize repairs by destination, ensuring proper packing standards and managing carrier relationships to optimize shipping efficiency.
- Continuously monitor Work In Progress (WIP) at each repair stage, resolving anomalies, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions such as resource reallocation.
- Lead daily morning meetings for the administrative area, fostering staff versatility and adaptability through organized rotations, and provide performance feedback.
- Consistently apply central Maisons policies across all relevant processes and activities.
- Master’s degree in engineering or logistics preferred.
- More than 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistent and dependable in meeting deadlines and maintaining standards.
- Experience with Lean principles or tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and implement new processes.
More than 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field, with project management experience considered a plus.
Master’s degree in engineering or logistics preferred.
