Richemont Customer Service Logistics Administrator

- Process spare parts and stock reception, including packing and unpacking of local and international shipments, intercompany transfers, and stock postings.
- Receive and open parcels from carriers following strict security guidelines.
- Pack parcels with products and corresponding packaging in adherence to security protocols.
- Prepare hazmat shipments in compliance with FAA guidelines and policies.
- Ensure accurate completion of shipping labels and documentation as per company procedures.
- Fill out Bills of Lading and Airway bills for local, international, and high-value shipments.
- Manage the Shipping/Receiving Mailbox and respond to internal client inquiries according to key performance indicators.
- Order packaging and supplies to support departmental processes.
- Deliver incoming items and supplies to internal staging areas.
- High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a production-based environment preferred.
- Previous experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Proactive with the ability to follow directions, make decisions, problem-solve, and adapt to change.
- Ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects or tasks based on business needs.
- Capability to escalate issues regarding missing products to supervisors and security.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in shipping processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software.
- Ability to operate packaging equipment safely.
A minimum of 2 years in a production-based environment is preferred, with experience in logistics or customer service roles being advantageous.
High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
