Richemont Customer Service Administrator

- Register and manage repair processes within the system for the Thailand market.
- Prepare cost estimates and invoices for customer service operations.
- Order and manage spare parts and consumables, ensuring timely follow-up on deliveries and returns.
- Coordinate with boutiques and logistics for repairs requiring third-party or international handling.
- Monitor repair status and communicate updates to all stakeholders, including boutiques and overseas partners.
- Maintain and communicate expected repair completion dates.
- Monitor and ensure high standards of service quality.
- Participate in stock-taking activities.
- Provide process, policy, and system support to boutiques.
- Train new employees on customer service workflows and operations.
- Conduct regular visits to boutiques to ensure alignment and support.
- Escalate issues to management that may impact health, safety, compliance, or client satisfaction.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving performance objectives.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
- Fluency in Thai and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in PC usage, with SAP knowledge considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Creative mindset with a positive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
Experience in customer service or administrative roles within a fast-paced environment is preferred.
